With tickets purchased last week for Saturday's Magners League Grand Final now available for collection at the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office, Ospreys Rugby would like to apologise to supporters for any inconvenience they may have suffered whilst collecting them.
Although under Magners League tournament regulations we should have received the tickets last Wednesday, we only actually took receipt of the tickets at 10.30am this morning (Tuesday 25th May).
Unfortunately, we have not been supplied with the breakdown of tickets that were requested. At no time prior to receipt were we advised by Leinster that they were unable to supply the actual ticket order that was placed, meaning that some supporters will be issued with different tickets to those originally purchased. In addition to this, the tickets received are not in sequence, which means that they have to be manually sorted to allow group bookings to sit together.
Understandably, this has caused some inconvenience to a small number of supporters turning up to collect their tickets today as advised, as well as to the Ticket Office staff who are working diligently to correct the situation.
Ospreys Rugby would like to apologise to any supporters inconvenienced and would appeal for your understanding of this issue which was beyond our control.
