Namibia have taken a step closer to qualifying for the 2019 Rugby World Cup after securing a 28-58 win over Zimbabwe on the weekend.
If it wasn’t already, qualification is now firmly in Namibia’s hands, after winning their fourth bonus-point win from four in Bulawayo on the weekend.
Ospreys new singing Lesley Klim, kept his side on top of the table in the Rugby Africa Gold Cup, with second placed Kenya still to play in a fortnight’s time on the 18th August in Windhoek. A win will guarantee Namibia a ticket to Japan for the side’s sixth successive Rugby World Cup appearance.
After the tournament Klim will join his new teammates at Llandarcy ahead of the new season.
