With just one more scheduled home game of the season still to come, the Ospreys are offering all U16's the chance to come along to the Liberty Stadium and say farewell to Shane Williams ABSOLUTELY FREE.
The legendary wing wizard is set to hang up his boots at the end of the season, and the visit of Newport Gwent Dragons on Friday 20th April (KO 7.05pm) has been designated as Shane’s farewell match ahead of his retirement, before he takes up an ambassadorial post with the region.
To encourage families from the length and breadth of Ospreylia to come along to the Liberty Stadium and pay tribute to a true Ospreys and Wales legend, the offer is designed to ensure a fitting send-off for Shane and runs in conjunction with a special offer allowing season-ticket holders to bring a mate for free.
Ospreys Managing Director, Roger Blyth, said:
“Shane’s retirement will make the end of an era, and this match could be the last chance for fans see Shane in action before he hangs his boots up and knowing how much he is loved in Wales, by young children in particular, this kids go free offer will encourage as many as possible to come here and be part of a special occasion.”
Free kids tickets are available in all areas of the stadium, with up to four kids tickets available for each paying adult. Tickets for the games are on sale now, with adult tickets starting at just £20, meaning that a family of five can watch both games for just £40.
In addition, all season-ticket holders are entitled to a free match-ticket for both games, upon production of their season-ticket at the Ticket Office. The free ticket must be the same category as the season-ticket in question, or alternatively, you can pay the extra for an upgrade. Free child season-ticket holders can claim an additional free child ticket only.
Please note that this special offer is not available online, tickets must be purchased in person at the Liberty Stadium Ticket Office or via the Ticket Hotline on 0844 815 6665.
