The Juzu Kings ready to rock the Supporters

Leading Swansea band The Juzu Kings are set to rock the Liberty Stadium this weekend when they provide the entertainment in the Magners Supporters Village ahead of the Ospreys game against Edinburgh on Sunday (KO 4pm).

Originally formed in 1996, The Juzu Kings quickly established themselves as one of the most popular bands in South Wales, and played in front of 16,000 people when they opened Party in the Park in Swansea’s Singleton Park in 2000. Gigs at well know venues such as Liverpool’s Cavern Club and TJ’s in Newport followed before the band split in 2002.

Having reformed last year, they are once again taking the local music scene by storm, and will kick off the action in the Village at 2pm, playing for two hours ahead of the game against the Magners League leaders.

With hundreds of fans enjoying the pre-match atmosphere at each home game so far, the Village is quickly becoming established as the place to meet your mates for pint ahead of the match, and it’s sure to be just as busy this weekend.

In addition to the musical entertainment, once again there will be special beer promotions on offer exclusively to the village, while non-playing members of the Ospreys will squad will be pulling a few pints and mingling with the crowd ahead of the game

The ever popular interactive Kidszone will also be operating, with the location dependent on the weather, featuring a range of rugby themed inflatables such as try line tussle, bungee run, and passing targets, with additional inflatable fun in the Village, providing great fun for kids and older Ospreys alike.
