Ospreys Rugby is looking for someone with drive & enthusiasm to develop community rugby initiatives in the Ospreys region. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills to be able to develop the role to its full potential. The individual will be comfortable in a classroom environment as well as on the rugby field. Experience of working with volunteers, young people and a willingness to work flexible hours is essential as is a WRU/UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification.
The main areas of work will include the development of:-
a) Holiday rugby programme initiatives
b) Match day activities
c) Schools development programmes
The main target group will be boys and girls of school age. The successful candidate will be self-motivated individual who has the ability to work as part of a hard working team.
