Here are all your fixture dates and times for the upcoming 2019/20 season from the opening match in October and taking us right through until round 21 in May 2020.
- Our first home game will be on Saturday 12th October, delayed this season for the Rugby World Cup.
- The Christmas derbies see Ospreys host Cardiff Blues on December 21st before taking a trip to Parc Y Scarlets on Boxing Day.
- The final game of the regular season will be against Scarlets at the end of May.
Today Guinness PRO14 unveiled the fixtures for the upcoming 2019/20 season. The Ospreys season will commence a little later this season due to the Rugby World Cup in Japan. It kicks off on Friday 27th September with two away fixtures in Ireland. First up it’s a trip to the Kingspan Stadium as we take on Ulster (7:35pm), followed by Leinster on Friday 4th October (7:35pm) at the RDS Arena.
The first home game at the Liberty Stadium arrives in round 3 of the competition against Benetton on Saturday 12th October(7:35pm).
We’ll then have back to back home games in November in rounds 5 and 6 against Connacht and the Southern Kings, followed by a two-week break for the Heineken Champions Cup.
The Christmas derbies see the Ospreys host the Cardiff Blues on Saturday 21st December (7:35pm) before taking a trip to Parc Y Scarlets for the big Boxing Day derby on Thursday 26th December (5:15pm). A final trip will take place in the New Year to Rodney Parade as we conclude our festive period against Dragons Rugby on Saturday 4th January (3pm).
The second round of derbies will be played at the end of March and beginning of April, with a trip to South Africa in the middle and the quarter final of the Heineken Champions Cup. We will then travel to Cardiff Arms Park on Saturday 28th March (5:15pm) to take on the Cardiff Blues before we will welcome the Dragons on Saturday 18th April (3pm).
In our final home game of the season we take on long term rivals the Scarlets at home in what could be a potential showdown.
