Get ready for Round 2!

After Boxing Day’s nail-biting Domino’s Derby win at Parc y Scarlets, you’ve only got a week to wait until the second instalment at the Liberty Stadium on Friday 3rd January.

There was just four points in it in Round 1, Ian Evans scoring the only try of the game as the Ospreys came out on top in an enthralling encounter with a 10-6 win over traditional rivals the Scarlets.

The victory made it two years without defeat for the region in PRO12 derby matches against their fellow regions, a run now stretching to 12 matches, while the Ospreys have only tasted defeat once in the last 11 against the team from just across the Loughor Bridge.

Now, the Liberty Stadium leg looks set to be played out in front of the biggest regional rugby crowd of the season to date.
