Freee puts Ospreys players in the picture

Supporters can come and meet some of their favourite players on Saturday afternoon, as they help an Italian fashion label launch its first ever UK collection at Tempo Clothing in Neath, and the Ospreys Superstore at the Liberty Stadium.

Freee is a youth oriented designer brand that has already formed a working partnership with the Ospreys through it’s sponsorship of the innovative college rugby programme, with the Bridgend College, Gower College Swansea and Neath Port Talbot College sides all proudly wearing the company’s logo on the front of their rugby strips.

The spring/summer collection is the first that Freee have ever released directly into the UK, and off the back of the existing partnership, will initially be available exclusively at Tempo stores in Carmarthen, Neath and Swansea, and at the Ospreys Superstore.

Some of the most recognisable players at the Ospreys took part in a fashion shoot with Italian models earlier this week, and the resulting images will be used Europe wide to promote the label.

To mark the UK launch of Freee, a number of Ospreys players, including the likes of Ryan Jones, Shane Williams, Alun Wyn Jones and Mike Phillips, will be taking part in in-store promotions at Tempo Clothing in Neath and at the Ospreys Superstore on Saturday afternoon, and supporters are invited along to come and meet them, grab their autographs and even a picture or two!

The players will be in Neath at the Tempo store between 1.30 and 2.30pm, before heading to the Liberty Stadium where they will be at the Ospreys Superstore between 3.30 and 5.00pm, ahead of the Magners League game against Glasgow, which kicks off at 5.30pm.

Similar in outlook and design to the Superdry, Diesel and Quicksilver brands, the initial range is limited to men’s tee-shirts, priced at £24.95, before the full Freee winter range of men’s and women’s tees, hoodies and sweatshirts will be available in store later in the year.
