Kieron Fonotia has been selected to start for Samoa, when they face Wales on Friday.
There willbe a familiar face for the seven Ospreys selected to face Samoa in Apia on Friday, with Kieron Fonotia named in the starting XV.
After making his debut last week against New Zealand, Christchurch born Fonotia, who qualifies through his Grandfather, will now travel to Samoa for the first time to take on Wales this Friday.
Fonotia is excited both his first visit to his adopted country, and to face off against his Ospreys team mates:
“I’m pumped to get to Samoa for the first time. I was over the moon to get my first test cap last week, despite it being a tough match it was really special.
“I’m looking forward to the game against Wales now, I caught up with some of the Ospreys guys in New Zealand and I know they’re looking forward to it too. It’s always fun playing against your mates and as a team we want to give it a good crack.”
