The Ospreys U16's continued their fine form with a narrow win over Blues North at Abercynon RFC.
Full-back Lewis Evans ran in a brace of tries, with Joe Thomas and Martyn Davies also touching down, as the Eyasses secured a 27-24 win.
Blues North took an early lead through a Thomas Davies before the Eyasses hit back, Joe Thomas touching down and Luke Price adding a penalty to put them 8-5 in front after a quarter of an hour.
The hosts then took control of the game, crossing for three tries from Morgan Raison, Hemi Barnes and Bleddyn Griffiths with two conversions from Corey Shepherd adding two conversions.
Eyasses fullback Evans went over for his first try on the stroke of half time to reduce the deficit to 24-13.
In the second half the young Ospreys dominated in all phases of play with Evans grabbing his second along with a score from Martyn Davies, both converted by Luke Price gaining the Ospreys an excellent 27 - 24 victory, their fifth from six games played to date.
