With their place in the play-offs already confirmed, the Ospreys U16's made it seven wins from eight games with a 15-5 victory over Blues South on Wednesday night, cementing their place at the top of the WRU Regional Age Grade Championship table.
The Eyasses held a 10-0 lead at the break thanks to unconverted tries from Daniel Brooks and Dafydd Howells, before Jordan Bishop crossed the line to reduce the deficit for Blues South, However, a third Eyasses try, from Jack Anderson, sealed the Blues fate.
Ospreys U16 team manager Graham Court said:
“It was a good performance and a very good game too. The South tested us throughout, so it was good to come out of it with another victory.”
