As the Under 16's East and West and Under 18's sides step up their preparation for the upcoming season, the coaching teams have been finalised.
It's all change for the Ospreys Under 18s coaching team in 2015/16 with three new coaches taking up roles with the team.
Having won the RAG title last season, the Under 18s will now be led by former Bridgend Ravens Head Coach, and long serving WRU Regional Development Manager for the Ospreys region, Ben Rose.
As announced last week, he will have Ospreys players Jonathan Spratt and Matthew Dwyer working alongside him as Backs and Forwards Coaches. The U18 management team set-up is completed by Josh Robinson, as Conditioner, with long serving Graham Court as Team Manager.
The Under 16s West coaching team stays much the same with Dai Jones remaining as Head Coach and former Wales international Dai Weatherly as Backs Coach. Weatherly will now also have an assistant coach in the shape of Ospreys centre Ben John.
Ian Jones, who last season was Forwards Coach for the Under 18s team takes up the same role with the Under 16s while Tom Snelgrove stays on as Team Manager.
The Ospreys Under 16s East coaches remain the same with former Neath RFC stalwart Kevin James as Head Coach and Nicky Roberts and Colin Beaton as Forwards and Backs Coaches respectively. Richard Fussell bolsters the set up as Assistant Backs Coach and Phillip McArdle, former Development side Team Manager, steps up to join the group in the same role.
