Dragons RFC: Ones to Watch

How to Slay a Dragon? Start by keeping a close eye on their dangermen.

From a rapid Welsh winger to an ex-Osprey, here’s the Ones to Watch for our game against the Dragons.

Rio Dyer

Since he broke his way on the international scene last year, Dyer has become a regular face on the wing for Wales. If the pacey winger spots a gap in a defence, he has all the tools to make an opposition pay. With five tries and 13 thirteen clean breaks in the BKT URC this season, Dyer poses a threat on the ball from all areas of the park.

Ross Moriarty

Moriarty has been a stat leader for the Dragons this year, on both sides of the ball. The no.8 has had the most successful carries for his team this year and made the greatest number of tackles. Moriarty has picked up 56 caps for Wales and is a British and Irish Lion.

Sam Davies

A name many of you will be familiar with, Davies racked up over 150 appearances for the Ospreys and contributed over 800 points in the process. A top tactical kicker, a great goal-kicker and an all-round running threat, Davies can do damage against any opposition.
