A citing has occurred as a result of the Ospreys v Zebre game at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
Ben John has been reported by the Citing Commissioner in charge for alleged foul play against a Zebre player under Law 10.4 (e) – Dangerous Tackling. A player must not tackle an opponent whose feet are off the ground.
The incident occurred in the 13th minute and involved Zebre's No 15 (Matteo Minozzi).
The player will face a Disciplinary Hearing in Dublin on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. The Disciplinary panel will comprise of Michael Coghlan (chair), Jennifer Donovan (Ireland) and a third panel member to be confirmed.
