Hanno Dirksen and Jonathan Spratt spent Sunday morning at the U10s club festival at Llandarcy where they met hundreds of young rugby players who were competing in the event hosted by the Ospreys Community Rugby team in conjunction with RWE npower renewables.
It was the last of three festivals held at the Ospreys training HQ throughout November, put together as a collaborative effort between the WRU/Ospreys Development and Participation Officers, along with the Ospreys Referees Society.
Feedback to the festivals has been extremely positive:
“Many thanks for the recent Ospreys Festivals you guys have put on. I attended the U10s festival this morning which was really well run - both players and parents really enjoyed.
“Once again many thanks and we look forward to the next ones.”

“Just a quick thank you to you and all those who helped organise the event yesterday. It was great to play against teams from different areas, and the children thoroughly enjoyed.”

“Just a note to say thank you very much for organising the festival today – all our boys enjoyed themselves and whole thing was a great success, played and refereed in the right spirit. Looking forward to it again next year.”
