East meets west this Friday evening when Cardiff Blues visit the Liberty Stadium for a crunch Welsh derby clash in the RaboDirect PRO12 (KO 7.05pm).
It’s a must win game for the Ospreys as they strive to keep their play-off hopes alive, and the region needs your support off the field more than ever!
Make sure you are there to support your region at this crucial time of the season, and to welcome back the boys who have been away on international duty.
Kick-off is at 7.05pm, but there is plenty to keep you entertained ahead of the game in the O-Zone, the kid-friendly pre-match area behind the North Stand, and home of Ozzie’s Army.
Inside the stadium there’s entertainment in the build-up from a special choir of children from Ysgol Gyfun Ystalyfera and its primary feeder schools. Those of you who attended the home game against the Dragons this time last year may remember their last appearance - they are not to be missed so make sure you take your seat early and enjoy the show.
At half-time there is a special lap of honour from some of the schools across the region who are joining us for the match. Guests of honour for that are pupils who attended a special tag rugby festival supported by the Ospreys last month and organised by Active Young People.
After the action finishes on the field, the Ospreys Supporters Club will again be hosting both home and away supporters at their nest in the Riverside Lounge, where they will be joined by members of the Ospreys squad. All are welcome, so please feel free to head across to the rear of the East Stand after the final whistle.
