Ospreys Skills Coach Gruff Rees will host a coaching seminar for all qualified coaches within the region next month in conjunction with the Community Rugby department.
Taking place at the Ospreys Llandarcy HQ on Wednesday October 14th, the session will focus on attacking skills pre-contact, with the aim of developing awareness, understanding and execution of individual skills, by focusing on game based situations.
Those of you who have been lucky enough to attend one of Gruff’s sessions will be aware how informative and enjoyable they can be. Those of you who have not been so fortunate should take full advantage of this opportunity. All qualified coaches are welcome to attend and there is no charge.
The session will commence at 7pm prompt.
