Click and collect
We are pleased to offer our click and collect service at Swansea City's Cwmdu warehouse.
Supporters can shop online at shop.ospreysrugby.com and select ‘Click and Collect’ at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email on checkout and a further email when your order is ready to collect.
The click and collect service will be available for all orders placed before midday on Wednesday, December 23. Orders must be collected before 2.30pm.
We ask supporters to wait until they have received acknowledgement that their order is ready to collect, before visiting our warehouse.
Our priority is to keep our customers safe, so you will be asked to follow social distancing rules when collecting your order.
You can collect your order between 9.30am and 2.30pm, from Monday, December 21 until Wednesday, December 23 2020. See collection address below:
