Celtic Rugby confirms that the postponed Ospreys Disciplinary Panel hearing has been rescheduled for 12 May 2010.
The original hearing scheduled for 19 April 2010 was postponed due to the volcanic ash travel disruption. 12 May 2010 was the first available date upon which the Panel and witnesses could convene. If the Panel finds that the charges are proved it will determine the appropriate sanction.
There will be no further comment by the Ospreys.
