Marketing and Communications Manager

Ospreys Rugby have created new and exciting roles in its Marketing and Communications Department and is looking for an exceptional Marketing and Communications professional to manage its new team.

Answering to the Head of Marketing and Communications the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams and budgets to deliver outstanding communications right across the marketing mix. Inspirational and adept at maximising the huge potential of a brand such as ours, you will relish this opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of Wales leading rugby region. A passion for developing new audiences and stakeholders for rugby in Wales at a supporter, community and commercial level is essential.

Marketing and Audience Development Officer

Ospreys Rugby have created new and exciting roles in its Marketing and Communications Department and is looking for an exceptional Marketing and Audience Development Officer to lead its ambitions to generate new audiences for rugby throughout the region.

Answering to the Marketing and Communications Manager the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing audiences for brands, that sit outside of the obvious. Creative and analytical the ideal candidate will be passionate about data and audience profiling and equally excited about talking to people from all walks of life both personally and digitally. Inspirational and adept at maximising the huge potential of a brand such as ours, you will relish this opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of Wales’ leading rugby region. With a passion for developing new audiences and stakeholders for rugby in Wales at a supporter, community and commercial level is essential.

Digital and Design Assistant

Ospreys Rugby have created new and exciting roles in its Marketing and Communications Department and is looking for an enthusiastic Digital and Design Assistant to support its inhouse Digital and Design department.


Answering to the Digital and Design Officer the ideal candidate will have experience in design, video and digital technologies. Creative and enthusiastic about the power and potential of digital opportunities, with a natural flair for marketing and communications and an understanding of what makes audiences tick, the ideal candidate will be passionate about branding, design, video and digital communications. A willingness to learn on the job and a desire to maximise the huge potential of a brand such as ours, you will relish this opportunity to play your part in shaping the digital future of Wales’ leading rugby region.
