Bridgend College will cross the border tomorrow afternoon as they travel to the Midlands to do battle with Old Swinford Hospital.
Bridgend College will field two teams in Stourbridge tomorrow as Head Coach, Gareth Nicholas is keen to renew cross-border rivalries in order to pit his young players against unfamiliar opposition.
He said: “It is an important part of these young boys rugby education that they experience life outside the norm, having to adapt and think on their feet to situations they encounter."
Bridgend have had a mixed season so far, grabbing two wins out of six games, and sit in 6th place in the WRU College League. A result in the Midlands could give Bridgend a boost ahead of when the league campaign resumes after Christmas.
