Best Of The Rest Squads Chosen

After long deliberation the final squads from the U16s and U18 have been chosen to represent the districts against the Young Ospreys. Squad members were chosen after watching district games that involved Swansea, Afan Nedd and Bridgend.

                           The two games are seen as a vital part of the age grade calendar as it provides an opportunity for the coaches to see which players are fighting to get into the set up. New Regional High Performance Manager of the age grade teams, Andrew Millward highlighted the games as “a perfect opportunity for us to identify players that have developed since the summer or that have missed out in the summer selection process. The fact they are playing against players that are currently in the squad will also give us a clear outline of what level the boys are currently at and who has the potential to step up to regional rugby."

Both games will be played at the training base of the Young Ospreys and the Senior Ospreys, Llandarcy Academy of Sport. Dates and times are shown below.
