Ashley Beck has withdrawn from Wales' summer trip to Japan after picking up a groin injury.
The 23-year old centre, capped four times by Wales, sustained the injurywhile in training camp with the national squad and will remain behind when they depart for the two-test visit to Japan. He has been replaced in the squad by once capped Scarlets centre Adam Warren.
This means the number of Ospreys in the squad drops to seven.
Aaron Shingler of the Scarlets has also withdrawn having failed to recover from a foot injury, with uncapped Blues flanker Josh Navidi replacing him.
