An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to be a part of the successful merchandise and commercial team at the Ospreys.


A creative and innovative thinker, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the Ospreys Online Shop, ensuring that the site is consistently presented in an effective and accurate manner, developing and driving promotions to help build traffic and sales. 

You will provide high quality graphic design for all aspects of the merchandise department, and will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing promotions and activity to support the strategic merchandising objectives of Ospreys Rugby.

With strong leadership skills, you will accomplish department objectives by managing staff and planning and evaluating department activities, providing leadership of the merchandise team, and wider commercial team, through effective interpersonal communication and the ability to address difficult problems and decisions appropriately.

In addition, you will support the wider commercial, rugby and corporate teams in a variety of tasks and projects.

The post will be subject to review after an initial 12-month period.

Salary: £Negotiable based on experience
