Head Coach, Allen Clarke, has been handed a boost with the news that Olly Cracknell and Will Jones are on target to return to action at the start of the new season.
24-year old Cracknell has been sidelined since the end of March after sustaining a shoulder injury early on in the Guinness PRO14 win over Leinster at the Liberty Stadium.
Meanwhile, 20-year old Jones picked up an ankle injury on Wales U20 duty during the Six Nations, undergoing surgery to repair the damage.
Medical Performance Manager, Chris Towers, confirmed:
“Olly is continuing his rehabilitation following shoulder surgery and we expect him to be available at the start of the season, while Will is on track to resume training with the main squad during the early part of pre-season.”
