AWJ hits a captaincy century

Alun Wyn Jones will reach another notable career landmark on Friday when he leads the Ospreys as captain for the 100th time.

Appointed skipper of his home region in the summer of 2010, having already made 101 appearances in an Ospreys shirt, he first captained the team against Munster at Thomond Park on the third weekend of the 2010/11 season.

Unbelievably, his 100th game as captain puts him an incredible 49 clear of the next on the list, Barry Williams, who captained the Ospreys 51 times in total during the early years of the Ospreys.
