Dmitri Arhip will leave the Ospreys at the end of the season after almost six years and 88 appearances for the region.
The 29-year old Moldovan tighthead has accepted an offer to play in France’s T14 league next season.
Having initially signed for the Ospreys as an unknown 23-year old to provide emergency injury cover across the front row during the 2012/13 season, Arhip was able to establish himself as a fans favourite at the Liberty Stadium, scoring four tries.
While his focus remains on helping the Ospreys secure a Champions Cup slot for next season, he will leave the region next month with best wishes for the future from everybody at the Ospreys.
