A rare opportunity has arisen to be a part of the Ospreys' highly esteemed development pathway as U16s West Team Manager.
This summer the Ospreys will be launching the U16s programme for 2014-15.
After successfully splitting the current programme to East and West sides last season we aim for the programme to go from strength to strength.

A main group and a development squad will be selected to offer opportunities to around 100 players towards representing their region.
The Ospreys understand that in order to develop players we need to have the right environment for them to develop. As part of the restructure the Ospreys Player Pathway is looking for skilled coaches to deliver the rugby programme based at Morriston Comp on Wednesdays through the summer and Llandarcy Academy of Sport on Mondays through the season.
