A: St Helen’s Regulations

By purchasing and/or accepting and/or holding a Season Ticket and/or using a Season Ticket to gain access to the Ground, you:
(a) certify that you have read, understood and accepted;
(b) agree to be bound by and to comply with; and
(c) agree to bring to the attention of others, as required below, the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

Whilst the Club will make every effort to provide the seat you have selected in the ground, it reserves the right to transfer your seat to an alternative location. This is at the Club’s discretion and reasonable notice would be applied.

Persons under the age of 14 will not be permitted into the stadium unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or over and at maximum ratio of 4 children to 1 adult. The same applies for official coach travel organised by the club.

Entry to the ground will be denied to any person carrying alcoholic drinks. You may be ejected from the ground if it is deemed that you are under the influence of alcohol and behaving inappropriately.

By entering the Ground, all persons acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual and/or audio-visual recordings and/or feeds (and/or stills taken therefrom) may be taken of them and may be used, including in televised coverage of the game and/or for promotional, training, editorial or marketing purposes by the Club, the URC or others (including commercial partners and accredited media organisations). Entry into the Ground constitutes consent to such use.

You further acknowledge that such recordings may also be used (by the Club or a third party such as a law enforcement body), where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crime or breaches of these Ground Regulations.

B: Concession

Concessions are granted ONLY when the following criteria are met by the applicant:

  • OAP – 65 or over on 1st September 2026
  • U25 – Under 25 on 1st September 2026
  • U16 – Under 16 on 1st September 2026

ID spot checks will be undertaken on entry to the stadium for concession members.

Children under the age of 3 are permitted entry to the ground with an accompanying adult and will not require a match ticket.

C: Supporters with Disabilities

Disabled supporters registered at the higher level of disability are entitled to secure (upon request) a complimentary match ticket for their carer. Proof of such disability will be required by Ospreys Rugby customer service.

D: Ospreys Rugby Match Fixtures

All fixtures are subject to change, and the Club accepts no liability should a match be postponed, relocated, or cancelled. Match tickets remain valid for any rescheduled game, but seat allocation at alternate venues is not guaranteed.

Supporters are solely responsible for keeping abreast of fixture changes or updates. However, match tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled fixture. The Club will endeavour to accommodate supporters at alternate venues, but this is not guaranteed.

In the event of a match ticket being lost or stolen, the ticket holder must inform the Club immediately. A replacement ticket incurs a fee of £20 payable to the Club.

E: General Terms and Conditions

All Ospreys Rugby match ticket terms and conditions are valid at the time of publication and are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Ospreys Rugby. Any updates will be reflected in these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The Club will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018. Ticket holders may receive communications relevant to their ticket purchase throughout the season.

F: Use of Tickets

Match tickets are issued for personal use only and must not be sold, transferred, or advertised for sale without prior written consent from Ospreys Rugby. Any misuse may result in cancellation without refund.
