The prize for this competition is a PlayStation®5 Digital Edition Console.
By entering the competition, you are bound by these terms and conditions.
All entries must be received via the entry form on our Facebook page Ospreys Rugby or Instagram page Ospreys_Official.
Entrants agree to sign up to the email database of Ospreys Rugby and to receive email marketing correspondence. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time after sign up.
The competition will close by May 31st 2025. Ospreys Rugby reserve the right to close the competition early.
One winner will be selected at random by Ospreys Rugby notified via email by June 1st 2025. The winner has one week to respond and claim their prize. If no response is received within one week of contact, a new winner will be chosen at random.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
Employees of Osprey Rugby are not eligible to enter.
Instagram, Facebook or Meta are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
Ospreys Rugby will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
Ospreys Rugby takes no responsibility for entries that are invalid due to incorrect or unusable email address.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ospreys Rugby liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ospreys Rugby shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Ospreys Rugby reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to Ospreys Rugby in order to fulfil the prize to the winner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Ospreys Rugby's reasonable control, Ospreys Rugby reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Ospreys Rugby's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner must agree to have their name used on Ospreys Rugby social media channels when the prize was been awarded.
