The Young Ospreys U16 and U18 are in action again this week. The Blues North and Dragons are the respective opponents both of which will be keen to register wins against the reining age group champions.
Double Header for Young Ospreys
The Young Ospreys U16 and U18's continue their Regional Age grade game this Wednesday with tough battles against the Blues North and Dragons respectively.
The U16 will be looking to get back to winning way against the highly physical and fancied Blues North outfit. Because of problems at Pontypridd's Sardis Road ground the game has been moved to Beddau RFC with the KO at 7.15pm.
Head Coach David Jones and his coaches have once again made changes to the team. Jones said "This game as always presents a huge challenge as they are always very physical and are a streetwise unit. We are looking forward to getting back on the field in order to put right some things that needed improving after the Scarlets game."
The U18 are looking to forward to welcoming the Dragons to Llandracy Park (Wednesday 17th 7.15KO) in which the Young Ospreys are looking to win their second game in this years championship. Phil John's men will once again be captained by powerful back row man Lloyd Peers who will be looking for a good start to the game as the Young Dragons are notorious for their dogged attitude for the full 80 mins.
