Ospreys v Dragons - Refunds

All at the Ospreys are disappointed with being unable to compete in the Boxing Day derby this year. But we are all dedicated to ensuring the safety of the players, staff, and supporters, and believe this is the correct decision. The health of our community is paramount, and we will do whatever it takes to uphold that.

We understand that many supporters from both the Ospreys and Dragons were looking forward to this classic fixture and would like to reassure all that have purchased tickets that the game has been postponed, not cancelled. Therefore, all tickets will be valid for the rearranged fixture.  

However, we appreciate that many of our supporters may not be able to attend the game when it is played in future. As such, we will of course honour any refund requests for the Ospreys v Dragons game.

Please be aware that if you would prefer to wait and see when the rearranged fixture is played before making a decision, you will have 30 days from when the new date is announced to secure a refund, as per our terms and conditions, which can be viewed here.

If you would like to refund your ticket, please follow these steps:

Provide us with your full name, customer ID, and your postcode.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working business days.
