Job Vacancy - Community Initiatives Officer

Ospreys Rugby is looking for someone with drive and enthusiasm to develop community rugby initiatives in the Ospreys region.

Community Initiatives Officer (Permanent contract)
Salary (£17,000) + car  The successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective communication and organisational skills to be able to develop the role to its full potential. The individual will be comfortable in a classroom environment as well as on the rugby field. Experience of working with volunteers, young people and a willingness to work flexible hours is essential as is a WRU/UKCC Level 2 coaching qualification.

The main areas of work will include the development of:-

a) Holiday rugby programme initiatives

b) Match day activities

c) Schools development programmes

The main target group will be boys and girls of school age. The successful candidate will be self-motivated individual who has the ability to work as part of a hard working team.
