New home jersey unveiled

Ospreys Rugby and Canterbury have today revealed the new 2017/18 home kit for the upcoming season.

THE BRAND NEW CANTERBURY 2017/18 HOME SHIRT WAS UNVEILED ON SUNDAY MORNING AND WILL BE WORN FOR THE FIRST AT THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED CANTERBURY CUP FIXTURE VERSUS BATH AT THE LIBERTY STADIUM

The new kit marks the beginning of Canterbury and Ospreys’ partnership, a strong collaboration that sees Wales’ most successful region wearing Canterbury for the next four years.

A combination of Ospreys unique heritage and Canterbury’s latest technological innovations has delivered a kit that supporters will be proud to wear off the field and players will be best equipped to deal with the strenuous demands on the field. 

With the design focus on the iconic mask, the accompanying kit colourways of the traditional Ospreys Rugby black and bright white have been maintained. These highlight the sublimated ‘bedrock’ hoop graphic positioned on the sleeves of the jersey - a depiction of the foundations of ‘Ospreylia’ within Wales.

The integration of Canterbury’s Thermoreg, VapoDri and Vaposhield technology within the fabric ensures optimum comfort and aids playing performance across all disciplines. 

Canterbury’s commitment to the testing of kit ensures that the new Ospreys Rugby kit is constructed and equipped to endure the most gruelling of games, resulting in an increase of durability and strength when under pressure.

Canterbury’s Head of Sports Marketing, Simon Rowe, said;
