New agreement sees Princes Gate extend partnership as official water supplier to Ospreys Rugby
Pembrokshire-based Princes Gate Spring Water has agreed an extension to its commercial partnership with Ospreys Rugby that sees the multi-award winning business retain its status as official water supplier to the region.
The partnership between Wales’ most successful rugby region and the leading brand of Welsh bottled water will see the company providing for all the Ospreys’ bottled water needs at both the Liberty Stadium and their Llandarcy training ground, as well as when the team travels to away games.
David Jones, Managing Director of Princes Gate, said:
'We're thrilled to renew our partnership agreement with Ospreys Rugby; we are proud of our rugby affiliations, and even more so to be involved at regional and grass roots level to promote what is arguably our national sport.
“The Ospreys are an iconic side and one with which we proudly associate ourselves. We look forward to continuing to hydrate the team and supporters alike. Our key objectives for 2013-2014 are to activate the partnership in an engaging way and to continue to fly the flag for Welsh rugby - on a grass roots, regional and ultimately national basis.”
Among its many existing partnerships, Princes Gate is also official water supplier to the Welsh Rugby Union, and is Corporate Champion for Children with Noah's Ark Appeal.
Yarnie Guthrie, Ospreys Commercial Manager, said:
“We are delighted that Princes Gate, a successful indigenous Welsh business and leader in its field, has agreed to extend its commercial partnership with Ospreys Rugby.
“As we look to grow our business on and off the field, it is important that Welsh businesses can feel a big part of what we are doing and there is no doubt whatsoever that Princes Gate’s ongoing contribution to keep the team hydrated goes a long way to helping the team deliver on the pitch.”
