An opportunity has arisen for a suitable candidate to take their first steps on the coaching ladder as an Ospreys age-grade assistant coach.
The Ospreys are currently looking for a looking for a coach to join the elite youth development set-up on a voluntary basis, to work with one of the region’s age-grade sides.
The suitable candidate will either be qualified to Level Two as a minimum, or have experience of playing the game at elite professional level and a desire to help develop the next generation of Ospreys.
They will ideally have an understanding of the Ospreys development structure and will be passionate about both the game and the region. The successful individual will be expected to commit to continuous development, including the appropriate coaching qualifications.
