Following the terrific response to our new season memberships we have received a number of queries covering the same issues so we have produced the following guide to all the FAQs.

Who qualifies for BoGoF?
Buy one get one free offer is available to everyone who purchases a 2012/13 season membership. Existing, returning and first time members are entitled to claim an additional free membership for someone who was not a 2011/12 member.
Who is able to receive the FREE Membership?
Supporters who held a 2011/12 membership cannot receive free membership. Lapsed members who did not hold membership in 2011/12 can be reintroduced and receive free membership.
When do I have to apply for the FREE Membership?
All applications for the free 2012/13 membership must be submitted at the same time as the renewal of an existing membership. All applications for free memberships MUST be accompanied by legitimate proof of ID.
Telephone applications are accepted subject to certain criteria being met related to the free membership application. Please contact the Ticket Office for further details.
Does the FREE Membership have to be for the same category as the Primary Member?
The free membership must be for the same category as the paying member. However, additional payment can be made for a category upgrade. The free member must be eligible for, and provide proof of eligibility if necessary, to receive a free membership based on concessionary rates (eg OAP receives a free OAP membership). This proof is not required if paying for an upgrade.
How does the Gift Voucher system work?
All existing members who introduce a free member no later than 5pm Monday 11 June will receive a £50 gift voucher to be redeemed at the Club Shop or ospreysrugby.com anytime up to Wednesday 31st October.
Any existing members who introduce a free member from Tuesday 12th June to Saturday 11th August, 5.00pm will receive a £25 gift voucher to be redeemed at the Club Shop or ospreysrugby.com anytime up to Wednesday 31st October.
New or returning members who introduce a free member no later than Saturday 11th August, 5.00pm will receive a £25 gift voucher to be redeemed at the Club Shop or ospreysrugby.com anytime up to Wednesday 31st October.
Club Shop vouchers will be issued by the Ticket Office following successful registration of the free membership and can be redeemed immediately. Any paying members who registered a free member prior to Monday 30th April will not have received their voucher. Please contact Ticket Office to arrange collection/delivery.
Does the FREE Member receive the 2012/13 Ospreys Members Pack?
The free member does not qualify for the 2012/13 Ospreys Members Pack.
Do you offer an Earlybird Discount?
An Earlybird Discount (from £20, category of membership dependent) will be given to that of the regular season ticket price for all existing, new or renewing members who complete their purchase before Monday 11th June, 5.00pm.
All paying adult members are also entitled to up to four free child memberships subject to certain criteria (please contact Ticket Office on 0844 815 6665 for further information). A free adult membership does not qualify for the free child memberships.
Do you offer any other discount?
In addition to the BoGoF offer, paying members can claim a discount on the price of their 2012/13 membership by introducing further new or returning members at the following rate:
- Introduce 3 friends – 25% discount
- Introduce 4 friends – 50% discount
- All new or returning members under the introduce a friend scheme are subject to the same criteria as the BoGoF offer
