ERC have confirmed details of Heineken Cup Round 5 and 6 fixtures, which will see the Ospreys going head to head with Leicester Tigers at the Liberty Stadium before heading to northern Italy to face PRO12 rivals Benetton Treviso.
Aviva Premiership giants and double European champions Leicester Tigers return to Ospreylia on Sunday 13th January for a crucial, must win game which kicks off at 3.00pm.
Familiar rivals in the Heineken Cup, there have been some memorable clashes between the two teams at the Liberty in recent years including a 17-12 Ospreys win in January 2010 that saw the region progress to the quarter-finals at the expense of the Tigers and a 15-9 success the previous year.
At the same time, the other teams in Pool 2, Toulouse and Benetton Treviso will meet in France at Stade Ernest Wallon.
The following weeks also sees the two Pool 2 games played at the same time and day, 3.00pm (UK time) on the Sunday afternoon (January 20th). The final round of pool fixtures, Leicester host Toulouse while the Ospreys travel to Treviso.
Ticket details for the game will be confirmed shortly, with tickets for the home game against Leicester, where a big home crowd will be needed to support the cause, going on sale over the next few days
