Matchday tickets on sale now

Matches currently on sale include Saturday's pre-season game against Bath, the eagerly awaited PRO12 opener against Ulster on Saturday 8^th September, the game against Glasgow the following Friday night, the visit of Munster on Saturday 29^th September, the first Heineken Cup game against Benetton Treviso on Friday 12th October, the PRO12 games against Leinster (Sunday 4^th November) and Cardiff Blues (Friday 30^th November), and the Heineken Cup clash against four times European champions Touolouse.

Tickets for the Christmas derby against the Scarlets, the outstanding PRO12 fixtures against Connacht (26/27/28 October) and Zebre on 4/5/6 January, and the LV= Cup game versus Gloucester on Friday 9^th November will go on sale as soon as final details are confirmed.

With such a limited number of match tickets available for matchday sale, anticpated demand for the bigger games is expected to be high so supporters are advised to purchase their tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Alternatively, Chief Operations Officer Andrew Hore points out that the easiest way to secure your seat for all games this season is to purchase a 2012/13 season membership:

"The simple fact of the matter is that with season memberships just a shade below 9,000 and likely to pass through that barrier before the PRO12 season gets underway, the number of available tickets to buy for games throughout the season are strictly limited.

"History tells us that the Scarlets game will be a sell out, and we are anticipating bumper crowds for games like the visit of Toulouse and then Leicester Tigers in January, and the reality is that less than half of all the seats in the stadium will be available to buy.

"With hospitality, commercial obligations, and an allocation that has to be reserved for away supporters, you can see that more than 10,000 tickets have already gone for these games and if you hang around waiting to buy a ticket for a game then you may well be disappointed.

"We are all incredibly excited about the start of the new season and can't wait to be back at the Liberty Stadium this weekend for the first time since winning the PRO12 at the end of May in Dublin. It promises to be another exciting season, with bumper crowds at every game thanks to the incredible response we've had to membership packages, which in turns creates additional demand for matchday tickets. It's wonderful to see that the local community is really getting behind the cause, supporting a young and predominantly local set of players and coaches. They clearly believe, like us, that it is possible to develop from within while setting the highest standards of performance.

"The strong advice is to buy now, either picking up your match tickets, or even more prudently to sign up for a membership. Doing that will guarantee your seat for every single game without the inconvenience of having to purchase individual tickets for each match. If for whatever reason you can't commit to a season membership, I wouldn't waste any time in purchasing tickets for the games you want to attend as if you wait too long then they'll be gone."
