2. Or right click on your desktop > Properties > Settings > Screen Resolution
When you have opened the image, right click on the image and 'set as background'. Alternatively, right click on the link and save the image to your computer by clicking on 'save target as'. Then go to your display settings and locate the image to set as your background.
