In order to receive continued support, the club must have a representative at each District Junior Association, District Youth and Senior District meetings throughout the season.
Your club will also be given priority access to player appearances to help recruit for and develop your club. The Ospreys are keen to get players out in to Ospreylia. In order to hold a recruitment event at your club please contact your local Development Officer. Please note that we need 3 weeks' notice to attend any event.

Please note that in order for us to service all clubs that buy into the scheme we would like to come to larger events so we are moving away from doing sessions for individual teams.
All of your coaches will be put on coach's database and invited to WRU, Ospreys coaching seminars The Ospreys Coach Development Department will contact the clubs and coaches regarding events to develop existing coaches and to run specific development events at the clubs. Dan Owens and Tony Thomas are the Coach Development Officers for the region. They will contact clubs individually to hold seminars for their coaches of all levels.
If you would like to have one of these sessions at your club please contact daniel.owens@ospreysrugby.com / 07779 656223 or tthomas@wru.co.uk / 07584 488257
Please note: that Tony and Dan will invite coaches to central events such as the coaching conference and pathway roll out seminars. In the interests of child safety each team needs to have a person qualified in First Aid and an individual who has a recognised coaching qualification (TAG Qualification essential all coaches U7s and U8s, UKCC level 1 essential all coaches (U9s - Youth), A UKCC level 2 coach is recommended for every team from U9s - Youth).
The coaches not matching this criterion should look to go on the next available coaching course. Coaching courses can now be booked on line at www.wrucoaching.co.uk or for first aid go to www.sjaw.co.uk/welshrugbyunion. As part of this process we will assist the club with Community Chest applications to cover the cost of coaching courses.
