The Ospreys team to play Worcester Warriors on Saturday 4th February 2012 at Sixways, kick off at 3.00pm will be as follows:

Role
• To be a point of contact at the club for the Ospreys Development Officers
• To be a contact at the club for all Club Coaches
• To actively promote all WRU / Ospreys courses (Coach Education and Continued Professional Development (CPD) Workshops)
• To assist the game in gathering information and reporting on Playing Development projects
• To encourage coaches to work through coaching awards and attend relevant CPD
Duties
• Register with the WRU/Ospreys and update any changes in personal contact details
• Establish and keep up to date a Coaching Notice board
• Ensure that WRU Coaching Courses are well advertised in the club
• Keep an up to date record of all club coaches
• Undertake Coach Development planning with Ospreys Development Officers

Out of Club Time Commitment
• 3 x Meeting per annum (minimum) to include but not limited to:
- Understanding of role and responsibilities
- Knowledge of courses and procedures
- Understanding of importance of Coach development
- How to create a club coaching development plan
• Attend 1 evening of CPD for Club Coaching Coordinators to meet and discuss 'Best practice'
