Teams from across Ospreylia gathered at Ysgol Bae Baglan yesterday to find out who will be playing who in the Ospreys Cup this season.
In just a couple of weeks the2018/19 Ospreys Cup kicks off for teams from across Ospreylia. The league, which offers meaningful competition for U15s and 16s teams, runs from September and will culminate in two exciting finals days in May.
Coaches and players from the 43 participating teams gathered at Ysgol Bae Baglan last night to find out who they would be facing as the groups for the four different competitions were drawn. With teams meeting old rivals and new foes, it’s set to be yet another exciting year of competition.
Under 15s Development Competition
Group 1: Taibach, Waunarlwydd, Fall Bay, Tata Steel, Bonymaen and Nantyffyllon
Group 2: Swansea Uplands, Mumbles, Dunvant, Bryncoch and Bridgend Sports
Under 15s Cup Competition
Group 1: Maesteg Celtic, Cwmgors, Abercrave, South Gower and Trebanos
Group 2: Bridgend Athletic, Cwmafan, Loughor, Pontrhydyfen and Morriston
Under 16s Development Competition
Group 1: Waunarlywdd, Tondu, Kenfig Hill, Cwmtwrch and Dunvant
Group 2: Vardre, Pencoed, Neath Athletic and South Gower
Under 16s Cup Competition
Group 1: Morriston, Bridgend Athletic, Tonmawr, Loughor and Mumbles
Group 2: Porthcawl, Bryncoch, Gowerton and Cwmafan
