The Ospreys have found out their schedule for this season’s Champions Cup, with 2016/17 finalists Saracens and Clermont Auvergne heading to the Liberty Stadium along with Northampton Saints.
- Ospreys kick off at home to Clermont Auvergne for traveling to face Saracens the following weekend
- December double header sees Northampton Saints welcome Ospreys to Franklin's Gardens with the return game a week later
- Rounds 5 and 6 are to be confirmed but will see Sarries visit the Liberty before the Ospreys end their campaign away to Clermont Auvergne
- Admission to all three games is included in a 2017/18 season membership, available now from £165
The Pool 2 draw in June saw the Ospreys pulled out with some of the giants of the European game, whetting the appetites of all rugby supporters in the region.
Now, with Rounds 1-4 confirmed and the opponents for Rounds 5-6 also set in stone, excitement is building.
The Ospreys are at home in the opening round, welcoming 2016/17 European Cup finalists and French T14 champions, Clermont Auvergne to the Liberty Stadium for a 5.30pm kick-off on Sunday 15th October.
The following weekend sees the Ospreys head to Allianz Park for the first time ever, going head to head with Saracens at 7.45pm on Saturday 21st October, with the hosts looking to make it a hat-trick after back to back European titles in the last two seasons.
The traditional December double header sees the Ospreys go up against Northampton Saints across two weekends. The first game is at Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday 9th December at 5.30pm, with the return game at the Liberty on Sunday 17th December, 3.15pm kick-off.
Round 5 will see the Ospreys host Saracens on the weekend of 11/12/13/14 January 2018, before rounding off the campaign with a trip France a week later to face Clermont Auvergne at Stade Marcel Michelin.
The times and days for Rounds 5 and 6, as always, will be confirmed following the conclusion of Round 4.
