South African second row, Rynier Bernardo, has completed a transfer to the Scarlets ahead of the new season.
The 24-year old Pretoria born lock has played 31 times for the Ospreys since signing from Eastern Province two years ago, making his debut against Benetton Treviso on the opening day of the 2014/15 season.
