Ospreys sign up Dryhouse for two years

A Swansea business has increased its support of the region, agreeing a deal to appear on the Ospreys jersey over the next two seasons.

Dryhouse, a property improvement specialist, first entered into a commercial partnership with the Ospreys two seasons ago, with the number 13 shirt featuring the company’s logo on the sleeve, while last season it was on the back of the hooker’s match day shorts.

For 2015/16 and 16/17, all 23 match day jerseys will include the Dryhouse logo on the right sleeve.

Paul Taylor of Dryhouse, said that the company was excited about working with the region for the next two years.

“Dryhouse is delighted to enter into this new partnership with the Ospreys. We believe that our two organisations have similar aspirations; to be the best in their chosen field with a strong presence within Swansea and across South Wales.

“This new development will enhance our presence within the area and open up new opportunities for our business. We are lookingf forward to the new season where we believe we can play our part in what will be an even more successful season for the Ospreys, both on and off the field.”

Yarnie Guthrie, Ospreys Commercial Manager, added:

“It is fantastic to see a successful and local company showing its support for the Ospreys in this way. Our relationship is developing and, after seeing the benefits of a partnership with Wales’ leading rugby team, the team at Dryhouse are giving our commercial operation at the Ospreys a vote of confidence by increasing their investment into the business.

“If we are to continue growing as a business and ensure that we continue to lead the way in Wales, and beyond, it is crucial that we can increase our family of commercial partners, local, national and international. Hopefully, we are at the beginning of a long and successful relationship with Dryhouse.

“Any business partnership is based on two things; good people and trust. If you have both then you have the ingredients for a successful partnership, which is definitely the case with Dryhouse. Not only will we be using their services, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to our partners and stakeholders.”

Dryhouse was established in 2011 by founding directors, Kevin Chellew and Paul Taylor.

The company has grown quickly and undertake work in three primary areas:

  • Green Energy production – primarily installing Solar PV for both domestic and commercial customers
  • Property insulation activity including cavity wall fill / extraction, loft insulation and external wall insulation.
  • Flood defence activity for both domestic and commercial customers.
