Eyasses and Blues South try again

After last week's postponement, all roads again lead to Cardiff Arms Park on Wednesday evening, where the Ospreys U16's and Blues South will try again in the final of the WRU Regional Age Grade Championships (KO 7.15pm).

The Eyasses booked their place in the final with a 12-10 win over the Scarlets earlier this month, wing Jordan Adderley scoring two tries.

It is the fifth time that the young Ospreys have reached the final, having appeared in four of the previous seven finals, winning all four matches.

 

The coaches have named the following team for the game:

Elite Youth Performance Manager, Damian Karauna, commented:

“It’s a great effort from this group of boys to get to the final, and Wednesday will see them going for the title. We’ve got a proud record at this age-grade, having appeared in, and won, four finals out of the previous seven, so they know they have a lot to live up to.

“I’m sure they will thrive on the challenge. Their attitude has been good, they’ve worked hard in training ahead of the game and I’ve no doubt they will do the region proud.”
