Sign up for 2003 Supporters Lounge 'try before

The new 2003 Supporters Lounge will be open for business for the first time when Ulster visit the Liberty Stadium for the opening PRO12 game of the new season next Saturday (8th September), with the 'try before you buy' offer meaning that that it is already more than halfway to capacity with over a week to go until matchday.

Situated in the West Stand at the Liberty Stadium, the 2003 Supporters Lounge is brand new for this season, offering a dedicated area for season members to meet and mingle pre-and post match, enjoying a taste of Ospreys hospitality with fellow fans.

Officially hosted by the OSC on behalf of Ospreys management, the focus for the 2003 Supporters Lounge will be on pre-match entertainment with guest speakers and Q&A’s, complementing the current matchday offering to supporters. The successful Riverside Lounge, the home of the OSC, will be completely unaffected by the introduction of this new facility.

More than half the available spaces have already been snapped up by season members for the ‘try before you buy’ at the Ulster game, and with numbers strictly limited, anyone still to book their spot is advised to do so as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

Yarnie Guthrie, Ospreys Commercial Manager, said:

“We’ve had a good early response in terms of numbers signing up for the 2003 Supporters Lounge in just a week since it was first announced. Obviously we have received a number of queries from members, particularly about where it leaves the OSC’s existing offering at the Riverside Lounge, and I would take this opportunity to reassure fans that nothing whatsoever will change there.

“The 2003 Supporters Lounge is an additional offering, and although the bar will be open post-match, the focus will very much be on providing members with a great space in the stadium where they are guaranteed entry regardless how big the attendance is, where they can relax and enjoy the pre-match build up in the company of likeminded supporters.

“On behalf of the Ospreys, I would urge members to come and take advantage of the free opportunity to trial the lounge at the Ulster game – and for those who do there is the added bonus of an Earlybird discount of £10 on their 2003 Supporters Lounge Membership, meaning that they pay just £89 for the season.”

Full membership of the 2003 Supporters Lounge costs just £99 per person, with kids at half price (£49) and able to enjoy the kids corner and a visit from Ozzie the Osprey.
