The Ospreys region is looking to appoint the following voluntary positions-
24 District Coaches
12 Team managers
These individuals will play an important role in delivering the WRU player Pathway in the Ospreys region.
Within the region there are 3 Junior District Associations that run teams at U12, U13, U14 and U16. The Ospreys wish to appoint suitably experienced and qualified enthusiastic individuals to work with these teams to improve the ability of the players attending these squads. The focus is very much on the development of individuals and not the winning of games.

In return for your commitment the region will provide kit and commits itself to working with the individuals to improve them as managers and coaches. Whilst this is a player development pathway, there will be opportunities for those coaches and managers that demonstrate the necessary qualities to be recommended to the Regional Age Group Squads.
